This one has a few problems.
You see, when the people get down and come back up, they just stop in an instant.

You see it ease in and ease out? That's the same type of motion you need to do in the process of animating.
Also, your feet placement is off. Take the person on the left as an example. When he went down to get a gun, his feet started to hover a little. I understand it may be hard because the ground has color, and you can't see the onion skin or whatever (lawlz), but you should just try as hard as you can.
This animation is also shaky, just keep it going forward.
Look at this..
NEXT OFF

Once again, the foot placement is off. There is no color, so it should be easier. The onion skin shows where you were last so you can just follow the exact part where your stick figure's foot was placed.
More motion problems..
When he moved down..

Then when he popped up..

Remember what I said about the first one. Ease in and ease out..
The fall impact was fine, but the rest were not good, nor bad.
You have potential, I like your animations. You also need to continue your animations for more Constructive Criticism.
