| It was pretty good on the lengthy end, but there was choppiness indeed. I understand this was your first animation and no ones first animations are amazing. I say it was pretty decent. ~Justin | |

| it's VERY good for your first animation. but, you have a long way to go. i suggest you watch and read as many tutorials as you can find. they'll help you a lot, trust me. | |

| It needs many more frames to smooth it out. | |

| Indeed, everyone has to start somehow ... It is, in my opinion, a pretty decent animation ( especially for your first! ) But, as the others said before, look up some tutorials on easing, smoothing, stiffness, flowing, effects, etc. Best place to find them is either DarkDemon, PivotDestiny or YouTube. You have 3 choices. But I don't say no to other forums/sites dedicated to pivot, it's just that these 3 offer best tutorials. But best is to check Baha's Tutorial: - Spoiler:

And NO, I didn't advertise DarkDemon by writing down a link. I gave him the link to "The Ultimate Pivot Tutorial", as some say, because I see potential in what he's doing and I wanted to help him. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Overall Rank : Hardly Med-Beginner

Stickpage is better for tutorials than YouTube or, unfortunately, here. Youtube is bad because about 95% of the tutorials are uploaded by idiots who don't know what they're doing so you get poor results. Here has good tuts but not enough of them. On topic: The animation was ok but I recommend you try something much simpler to start with. I always recommend a ball bounce because it gets easing going and helps you get a basic grasp of physics.
