Tell me what you think, its my first animation

It was pretty good on the lengthy end, but there was choppiness indeed. I understand this was your first animation and no ones first animations are amazing. I say it was pretty decent.

it's VERY good for your first animation. but, you have a long way to go.
i suggest you watch and read as many tutorials as you can find. they'll help you a lot, trust me.

It needs many more frames to smooth it out.

Indeed, everyone has to start somehow ...
It is, in my opinion, a pretty decent animation ( especially for your first! )
But, as the others said before, look up some tutorials on easing, smoothing, stiffness, flowing, effects, etc.
Best place to find them is either DarkDemon, PivotDestiny or YouTube.

You have 3 choices.

But I don't say no to other forums/sites dedicated to pivot, it's just that these 3 offer best tutorials.

hmmm... i wonder if i should show the first dbz animation i made..... it sucks, lol. not nearly my best work

Stickpage is better for tutorials than YouTube or, unfortunately, here. Youtube is bad because about 95% of the tutorials are uploaded by idiots who don't know what they're doing so you get poor results. Here has good tuts but not enough of them.

On topic: The animation was ok but I recommend you try something much simpler to start with. I always recommend a ball bounce because it gets easing going and helps you get a basic grasp of physics.
