| Back foot is stationary, don't let it move, that's the pivot point, the base leg. Work on foot placement.

| hooray  imma give you as much cc as i can from now on. you need to do that foot placement, the foot slides around too much. the movements all go at a constant speed. that's bad. you need them to accelerate/ decelerate, so ease. the back is stiff, and so are the arms. the arms are choppy, it seems like there are only like five frames, use more and a higher framerate. finish that walk! he hasn't even taken a full step yet | |

| Slow down and use some tiny spacing. Partly in the easing, and partly just in general. Aim to do a few movements in slow motion focussing on stiffness. That'll really help you concentrate on every position a movement goes through. | |

| The punch is very, I mean, very choppy, stiff, uneased and the back leg slides across the background/screen
The walk is also pretty bad, work more on your physics, easing and flowing | |
