you make a stick figure. color it white and put it in the front

edit it and make every limb thicker (i made each 10 pixels thicker)
and put it in the background

easy peasy (:

Ah, yes, thicker limbs would increase the size and keep the joints consistent. Clever.

With the tackle, it looks a bit funny how both arms are on the same side of the stick. Some small blocking stks might be good.
