not enough anticipation when he begins to run. and its not eased properly on the left arm. it SEEMS stiff though that might be just me.
actually the whole guy just seems to hang there for a split second, which may have been what you wanted, but it just doesn't look right to me. also when he first brings his leg forward its stiff again, like he just hovers because his whole body is off the ground. again maybe its just me

finally the *thing* hes kicking. i like it, looks cool. but try to split it into more parts, have some smaller particles flying off. you can have it hit the ground, but its up to you. i just suggest adding more particles to increase the realism.

anyway, looks like you're back to your original standard lol

on the movements test 1 the jump doesnt look right

the piv, he floated above the ground. his feet didn't touch the ground, so i think it looks kind of weird.

That's great man! A huge improvement!

The camera shift from when red is left in mid air and we follow the black guy is a pitch un-smooth. its not choppy, it just, something i dunno.
but something I can point out well is the first punch the black guy throws is going at too much of a constant speed. remember a punch is slow, then immediately fast. your punch is going slow, then a slightly faster but constant speed. bignono.
