I'm sure there's at least one, if not two, stickied threads that say how.

You must save it as a .gif, go to www.imageshack.us, select it, upload it, copy the DIRECT link (not the url) which should be clearly labelled, and then paste it in between [IMG][/IMG] tags.

After that, host the image somewhere like photobucket.com and get the [IMG] (just find it.) Then put that on this forum..

VIDEO POSTING

Do everything up where I said FORUM Posting EXCEPT for "After that, host the..." <--Don't do that..

Then just put the GIF file in WMM, Pinnacle Studios, Sony Vegas or whatever you have.

Then just make it a video.
