There were only two bits of movement. In the first one the positions were ok but there was no easing, anticipation, or followthrough. The second bit had the same problems and additionally the positioning wasn't good - you can't and shouldn't run like that.

It could have been worse. It wasn't particularly choppy or shaky. It's just not quite there yet.
